Competent, friendly staff and vets (both the fabulous Dr. Sawyer and his relief vets). Been taking our several Maine Coon cats there for 20 years (and one of them is a happy 18 years old despite liver damage, sub total colonectomy, and lymphoma.) Worth the slightly higher costs for their location, excellent care, and Saturday appointments.
